Nate Smith (1974 - Current) is one of the most sought after drummers on the music scene today. Smith has performed with some for the most accomplished jazz musicians in world including Pat Metheny and Dave Holland. Smith’s playing is marked by his intense energy and intricate rhythmic grooves. In addition to his presence on the jazz scene, he is also heavily involved in pop, hip hop, and R&B. In 2001 he co-produced the Michael Jackson song “Heaven Can Wait”. Smith currently resides in NYC.
